What I do

I run in-company training and mentoring programmes. Every programme is built for one specific group, after a preparation call - not picked off a shelf.

• Sales training - B2B prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, working with C-level buyers
• Management and leadership - first-time managers, team building, difficult conversations, delegation
• Interpersonal skills - communication, public speaking, collaboration, conflict resolution
• Digital skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook as a productivity system, Adobe and CAD tools
• Social media - LinkedIn for sales teams and for personal branding
• Mentoring - one-to-one work with managers at every level

How a session works

• Around 6 hours, including breaks and lunch. Typical day: 9:00 to 15:00.
• Optimal group size is about 15 people. I do not recommend groups larger than 30 - above that, the thing that makes the training work disappears: practising on the participants’ own real situations.
• 20% theory, 60% exercises, 20% group mentoring.
• On-site at your premises anywhere in Europe. Online on request, in any common video conferencing system.
• Participants leave with a condensed deck, a note-taking sheet handed out at the start, and implementation materials: checklists and templates they can use the next morning.

Who I am

Nearly 30 years in management. I was Head of Apple IMC Poland, General Manager at Dell Poland and President of Komputronik Biznes. I started my management career at Intel Corporation, and spent three months as Head of Products for the CEE region at Groupon.

I built Dell’s computer sales in Iceland, was responsible for the launch of the first iPhone in Poland, and brought brands such as iPod, Pentium, Belinea and Alienware to market. I have worked in Polish, American and German companies, with clients from Western Europe and from the former Soviet states, and built supply chains reaching to Iceland.

I have delivered over a thousand presentations, public appearances and training sessions. I work with young leaders, with company heads who are open to change, and with organisations going through transformation.
